When you submit a form on this Site (mortgage inquiry, homebuyer readiness assessment, or Zoom class sign-up) and check the separate, unchecked-by-default text-message consent box, you agree to receive text messages from gotamortgage (Stephanny Olortegui, NMLS #2397192, of Merit Lending) about your inquiry, assessment results, or class registration: appointment reminders, application updates, homebuyer class links and reminders, and responses to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. You can submit any form without checking that box.
